Africentric Schools

Education Action: Toronto has been a solid supporter of the development of an Africentric school at the Toronto District School Board. Two articles– African-Centred Schools: Not Segregation, but a Path to Survival by Murphy Browne and Making the case for Africentric Education in Toronto by Grace-Edward Galabuzi — provide many of the arguments that have led to our support.
